1. Orders & Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed only after a deposit has been received and a written confirmation issued by Roniva.
2. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates communicated at the time of order. Roniva is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
3. Returns & Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on each product's documentation. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
